myURHR Demo Days are right around the corner, kicking off the week of September 25, and all faculty and staff are invited. Details on how to sign up will be available soon.
What are myURHR Demo Days?
myURHR Demo Days will provide University members with a first look at the new Human Resources information system replacing HRMS in 2024. Participants will experience live guided tours, including previews of how key functions and business processes have been designed in myURHR, such as updating personal information (time off requests, address and banking changes), creating a position, hiring a new candidate, and many more.
Demo Days are a live introduction to myURHR, which is powered by Workday and UKG, two market-leading software systems. These sessions vary from training, in that the goal of Demo Days is to help faculty and staff become familiar with myURHR’s layout and look and feel. Various training options will be available closer to the launch of the new system. More information about training will be shared over the coming months.
Demo Days are beneficial for every University member to help you better understand the functionality, changes, benefits, and features of myURHR.
What are the myURHR Demo Days session topics?
Demo Days will cover many topics, see the chart below. There are Demo Days sessions for all faculty and staff, managers, department coordinators (also known as PAFers), timekeepers, and other roles. There are options to attend in person or via Zoom.
